Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using GetRightHelp services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and GetRightHelp ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a session, creating an account, or using our services in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Description

GetRightHelp provides intuitive guidance services including but not limited to:

• Individual guidance sessions with specialized intuitive guides
• Pattern recognition and tracking support
• Decision-making frameworks and support
• Personal development guidance
• Multi-perspective collaborative guidance

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

5. Booking and Scheduling

Session Booking

When booking a session:

• Select your preferred guide and available time slot
• Provide necessary information about your situation
• Complete payment at time of booking
• Receive confirmation via email with session details

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• 24+ Hours Notice: Full credit or refund for cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
• Less than 24 Hours: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full
• No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice results in full charge with no refund
• Emergency Situations: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis with documentation

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. We cannot extend sessions to compensate for late arrivals, and no refunds will be issued for unused time.

6. Payment Terms

Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on our Services page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing clients. New pricing does not affect pre-purchased packages.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors.

Packages and Subscriptions

• Package Validity: Pre-purchased session packages expire 12 months from purchase date
• Non-Transferable: Packages and subscriptions are non-transferable to other individuals
• Auto-Renewal: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 48 hours before renewal date

Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee with the following conditions:

• First Session: 100% refund if not satisfied, no questions asked
• Packages: Unused sessions refunded on prorated basis minus 10% administrative fee
• Subscriptions: No refunds for current billing period; cancel anytime to avoid future charges
• Refund Processing: Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

7. Client Responsibilities and Conduct

As a client, you agree to:

• Participate honestly and openly in sessions
• Treat our guides with respect and professionalism
• Take responsibility for implementing guidance and decisions made
• Not record sessions without explicit written permission
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methods and materials
• Not misuse or abuse our services

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten our guides or staff
• Use services for illegal purposes
• Share account credentials with others
• Attempt to harm or disrupt our services
• Reproduce or distribute our proprietary materials
• Make false claims about our services

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content, materials, frameworks, methodologies, and intellectual property provided through our services remain the exclusive property of GetRightHelp. This includes:

• Guidance frameworks and methodologies
• Written materials and resources
• Training materials and tools
• Website content and design
• Branding and trademarks

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials provided to you solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

Session Recordings

When sessions are recorded with your consent, you receive a personal license to use the recording for your own reference. You may not share, publish, or distribute session recordings.

9. Confidentiality

Our Commitment

We maintain strict confidentiality of all information shared in sessions, subject to the exceptions outlined in our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Limits of Confidentiality

Confidentiality may be broken if:

• You provide written consent
• Required by law or court order
• There is imminent risk of harm to self or others
• Child or elder abuse is suspected

Team Collaboration

When you work with multiple guides, relevant information is shared among team members with your explicit consent to provide integrated guidance.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Services Provided "As Is"

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetRightHelp and its guides shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your decisions or actions based on guidance received
• Technical difficulties, service interruptions, or data loss

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 6 months preceding the claim.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You use our services at your own risk
• You are responsible for all decisions and actions taken based on guidance received
• Intuitive guidance involves inherent uncertainty
• Results may vary and are not guaranteed

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetRightHelp, its guides, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your actions or decisions based on guidance received

12. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve disputes informally. We commit to working in good faith to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.

Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

The arbitration shall be:

• Conducted by a single arbitrator through a mutually agreed arbitration service
• Held remotely via video conference or in a location mutually agreed upon
• Limited to the dispute between you and GetRightHelp individually

Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring claims against us only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action. Class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international e-commerce laws and the laws of the jurisdiction in which disputes arise, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date
• We will notify registered users via email
• Changes become effective 30 days after posting
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must discontinue use of our services and may request a prorated refund of any pre-purchased packages.

14. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you forfeit any unused session credits unless eligible for a refund under our refund policy.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward guides or staff
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Any conduct we deem inappropriate

Upon termination for cause, no refunds will be issued.

15. Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GetRightHelp regarding use of our services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, or technical failures.
