What's your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. We understand emergencies happen and handle these on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on your first session. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll refund your payment in full. For packages, refunds are prorated based on unused sessions, minus a 10% administrative fee.

Can sessions be done remotely?

Yes! The majority of our clients work with us via Zoom or phone, which is just as effective as in-person sessions. We also offer in-person sessions in select locations.
